The GEMAPILEN® BRD Series of masterbatches and compounds is specifically designed for cast film and blown film applications in the breathable film industry. Engineered for performance, BRD grades deliver excellent surface quality, high breathability, and a soft, cloth-like touch, making them ideal for demanding hygiene and industrial applications.

With their optimized formulation, BRD compounds ensure easy processing, high WVTR (Water Vapor Transmission Rate), and reliable extrusion performance even at high production speeds. They also provide optimized porosity, high opacity, and strong mechanical properties, enabling the production of high-performance breathable films.
